Cheap rates, pet-friendly, friendly and accommodating staff, efficient security. No extra charge for dogs, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Checking in was a bit confusing, but we eventually figured it out. Assigned a second floor room with minimal stairs, but no elevator. a decent stay.
