Hip new hotel in a relatively new area of Phoenix. The rooms with even water pressure and working lamps, as for instance, attentive and efficient staff by that person or by the manager. Favourable location for visiting restaurants and bars.

When I am in Phoenix, I like staying here. Satisfied with the hotel, it's an easy base for staying in Phoenix. Helpful and attentive personnel is by that person or by the manager. The location is magnificent, 1 mile from a big amusement park.
